　　We carry out The Three Guarantees strictly according to national regulation. Our company provides SMART.B, Smart Battery and Millennium Star to users with six months guarantee period for mobile phone battery. Please contact local distributors for any problem while using, so as to make replacement in time except the following situations:

　　1．无三包凭证及有效发货票的；
　　1. Without the Three Guarantees certificate and valid invoice;

　　2．超过三包有效期的；
　　2. Beyond the valid Three Guarantees period;

　　3．因使用、维护、保养不当造成损坏的；
　　3. Damage caused due to improper use and maintenance;

　　4．非本公司修理者擅自拆动造成损坏的；
　　4. Damage caused due to dismantling by repairman without authorization from our company;

　　5．三包凭证上的内容与商品实物标识不符或者涂改的；
　　5. The content of the Three Guarantees certificate does not agree with the merchandise or altered;

　　6．因不可抗力造成损坏的。
　　6. Damage is caused due to force majeure.

　　严格按照国家规定实行三包政策，本公司向 SMART.B 聪明电、千禧星客户提供的笔记本电脑电池的保用期为一年，客诉的一般问题回复时间为 3 天以内，客诉重大问题的回复期为 7 天之内。我司并每月定期去电调查，在使用过程中若发现问题请及时与公司的客户服务中心联系，联系电话： 86-0769-22703511 。以便及时更换、惟以下情况除外，希祈留意。
